In 1993, David became CEO of Campisi’s Restaurants and opened the first satellite location at the intersection of Coit and Campbell, just a hop, skip and a jump away from the campus of The University of Texas at Dallas. Since then, we’ve expanded across the North Texas region, and more recently, all the way to Lubbock, Texas.
