Campisi’s may be known for their pizza, but we are also one of the oldest and most authentic spaghetti restaurants in town. It all began when Papa immigrated from Sicily to America in 1904, bringing his knowledge of Italian food with him. Our recipes were built from traditional Italian heritage and passed down by generations of families to be enjoyed by you!
What makes our spaghetti authentic?
We can’t go too much into detail, as we try to keep our beloved recipe under wraps, but we can share the process that this spaghetti restaurant uses to perfect the dish! Before we even begin boiling the pasta, our sauce marinates to perfection for 8 hours straight. Once the sauce comes together in harmonious flavor, then the noodles are cooked al dente – as any Italian pasta dish should be. Topped with our homemade meatballs, our spaghetti pairs well with a medium-bodied Chianti.
What are our spaghetti specials?
We couldn’t call ourselves a spaghetti restaurant if we didn’t include a spaghetti special! On Tuesday nights, dine-in to get our spaghetti dinner special. Complete with a spaghetti plate, house salad, and bread for only $8.99, you’ll want to bring your appetite. Plus, on Monday and Tuesday nights you can enjoy half-price wine to pair with your dinner! Enjoy 50% of all bottles of wine (available at all locations except Campbell). We even have a lunch special that includes our spaghetti plate with Joe’s Toast and a salad for just $8.99 as well.
